“ My husband and I love to do date nights at cured! The atmosphere is one of a kind & the food is exquisite & very consistent. The staff is very attentive & generous. Our recommendations are: (drink) skinny margarita, (app) montaditos, (main plate) ribeye steak, and (desert) crema catalana but we highly recommend to try anything, it is all very delicious!!! ”
“ This place is a not-so-hidden gem of Louisville. The food is incredible and the service is top notch. Sit at the bar with Amado or let any server give you some of the best service in Louisville. Try the in house aged meats. You won’t be disappointed! ”
“ Cured was a fantastic dining experience, even if it wasn’t perfect. The food was incredible, and the service was friendly and attentive, though things moved a bit slower than I’d expected. Honestly, it was worth the wait. The steak tartare was amazing—probably one of the best I’ve had. My wife ordered the salmon, and she loved how perfectly it was cooked and seasoned. Then came my steak. Flavor-wise, it was incredible—definitely one of the best I’ve ever tasted. The aging process gave it this insane depth of flavor, and it was so tender that it almost didn’t matter that it wasn’t cooked the way I’d asked, which was the only drawback. I like my steak as rare as possible, but this one came out way closer to barely medium well; most of was closer to well done. Still, it was so good I couldn’t be mad about it. If you’re not in a rush and want some seriously good food, I’d definitely recommend Cured. ”
“ Cured is a hidden gem in Louisville. I took some clients in here from out of town during a conference. I really enjoyed the atmosphere as it was not packed out for a Wednesday night. The food was absolutely phenomenal. We had a few of the appetizers, osso bucco empanadas were great, the charcuterie is a given. My mains I had the osso bucco and that was tender and flavorful. My colleagues had the fat washed old fashion, maybe two of them. They said it was great as well. I recommend giving this restaurant a try. ”
“ The empanadas were phenomenal. We always get the charcuterie board. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. ”
“ My husband and I went to the Valentines Day dinner tonight and had a great experience! The prosciutto in the appetizer is made in-house and probably the best we've ever tasted. The main course and dessert were equally delicious, but the prosciutto was on another level. Beautiful setting for a date night and we will definitely be back! ”
“ The food was amazing. There is a great selection of unique tasting choice meats and sides. We had a party of 8 from work and we mostly all ordered something different and each dish was great and tasty. The atmosphere was cozy and very tasteful. We can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend to start with a charcuterie board and pair it with a cocktail (old fashion for me). I had the Rabo De Toro and it was so tender it came right off the bone; perfectly cooked and tasty. All the sides looked great but I was glad I got the asparagus, it went perfectly with my dish. I am certain next time I’ll try a dry aged steak; they are on display so it was fun to see the cuts of meat. We like the desserts as we shared them a the table, but I for sure was mostly impressed with the meat. And the owners stopped to say hi! A great couple full of pride in their place. They shared with us how they are selective about the quality of the foods that the pick, and locally get them. ”
“ We went here on Valentine's Day. The experience and service was great and it really made you feel like you were in a more upscale restaurant in a bigger city. They braised the steak right in front of us which was a nice touch in terms of service and experience. I had the salmon and it was deliciously cooked and not at all fishy. It was exceptionally juicy and tender and the skin was super crispy and flavorful. If you want a really nice experience, I definitely say it is worth the money and the food was also great on top of that. I would definitely recommend the spot for a special night out or just to treat yourself to a nice dining experience. ”
